Enhanced Pre-Fill Access for Clients with Compromised Identities


The ATO has streamlined support for agents assisting clients with compromised identities. Agents can now access all pre-fill reports for these clients across every available financial year without needing to request account unlocks from the ATO.


This update removes the prior limitation that restricted access to financial years 2022–23 through 2024–25. Agents can now retrieve pre-fill information directly via Online Services for Agents or compatible agent software.
